2. Products & Descriptions
We strive to ensure all product details, images, dimensions, and descriptions are accurate. As our products are made using natural teak wood and stainless steel, slight variations in grain, color, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the product page. We accept payments via UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Titan Walk reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Titan Walk is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
7. Installation & Usage
Titan Walk wall-mounted products are designed for secure installation using provided screws and fittings. Customers are responsible for proper wall installation. We are not liable for damages caused due to improper installation, misuse, or overloading.
8. Warranty & Liability
Our products are built with premium teak wood and stainless steel for durability and rust resistance. However, Titan Walk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including brand name, logo, product designs, images, and descriptions, are the intellectual property of Titan Walk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
